The following topics are taught as part of the compulsory track to students of medicine: fundamentals of forensic medicine, coroner's inquest, sure signs of death, forensic medical assessment of wounds, injuries, autopsy techniques, demonstration autopsy, basics of clinical forensic medicine (sex crimes, child abuse), forensic molecular biology, forensic toxicology.
Additional elective subjects are also available, such as “Forensic Medicine on the Living” and “Forensic Molecular Biology – Fact and Fiction.”
